What IF... the nature of the universe is paradoxical?
What if… Anxiety is nothing to worry about?
Ironic Fundamentalism is an upbeat psycho-spiritual philosophy with a sense of ‘ironic humour’ about ourselves, the universe and everything. The explorative exercises and thought experiments leads us to tackle the big questions that lie unconsciously beneath our angst and anxieties, setting us free from the weight of fear and self-doubt. With IF, we can wholly transform Anxiety in every day life – and also, continue to transcend toward personal Enlightenment.
What if… The nature of life, the Universe and Everything is paradoxical?
What if… Anxiety can be transmuted into a force of extraordinary personal power?
What if… Anxiety has been secretly training you to become an amazing manifestor?
What if… You could accept yourself right now, exactly as you are, and start creating the life you truly want?
What would you do next?
Learning to listen to those inner experiences we call ‘Anxiety’ gives us clarity on who we really are and guides us to grow far beyond the illusory limitations of fear, illness and exhaustion. With IF, we can actually choose joy, health and creativity using the hidden skills Anxiety has granted us.
IF is a theory and practice designed to guide those who experience Anxiety, not to simply ‘cope’ and ‘manage their symptoms’, but to absolutely embrace an opportunity to transcend their experience in an empowering journey toward personal enlightenment.
Created by Kirsty Lucinda Allan, Ironic Fundamentalism is born of her life-time of experiencing Anxiety and yet, creating the ‘impossible’ over and over again in her own life. A self-penned ‘creative psychologist’ she has devised many unusual wellbeing and personal development workshops and materials, is a personal development coach, community leader, theatre producer, explorer of consciousness, author and entrepreneur. She is also a wife, mother of two boys, two cats, two pythons and a spider.
